暴发性1型糖尿病并多器官损害一例 被引量：1

One case of fulminant type 1 diabetes mellitus with multiple organs injury

摘要 患者男性，37岁，因“咳嗽伴发热8d，多饮、多尿3d，嗜睡1d”入院．、入院8d前受凉后J＋J现咳嗽、发热等症状．按“上感”在当地诊所输液后好转；人院3d前出现多饮、多尿、呕吐胃内容物8次；入院1d前渐出现嗜睡、懒言，至本院急诊科。，查体：体温36．7℃。脉搏121次／rain，血压80／40mmHg（1mmHg=0．133kPa）。重度脱水貌．双下肺闻及少量湿性哕音，上腹部轻压痛，无反跳痛。，既往体健，不嗜酒，无糖尿病家族史。
