摘要
通过对横向埋弧焊和窄间隙埋弧焊焊接工艺的研究,研制出用于超大直径厚壁塔器的横位窄间隙MAG焊焊接设备,并开发出相应的焊接工艺,在实际产品上焊接取得了成功,为以后类似压力容器的制造提供了一条较好的途径。
Through the research on transverse submerged arc welding process and narrow-gap submerged arc welding process,the transverse narrow-gap MAG welding machine used for super large diameter and thick-wall columns was developed and the relevant welding process was also developed.The application to the actual products is successful.It provides a better way to manufacture the similar pressure vessels.
