摘要
用Nd:YAG脉冲激光作为焊接热源,对TC4钛合金试板进行了平板堆焊试验,研究了激光焊接工艺参数对焊缝成形的影响。试验结果表明,激光焊接电流和脉冲宽度是影响激光焊接模式的主要因素,在低电流和小的脉冲宽度下,易出现匙孔未穿透型焊接,形成V形焊缝;增大激光焊接电流与脉冲宽度时,焊接模式由匙孔未穿透向匙孔穿透型转变,形成X形焊缝。脉冲激光焊接的参数需要合理的匹配,才能获得好的稳定的焊接过程。
The influence of pulsed Nd:YAG laser welding parameters on weld shape of TC4 titanium alloy were studied.Experimental results revealed that weld shape are mainly influenced by laser welding current and pulsed duration.The typical weld cross section of the close keyhole penetration mode at the low current and pulsed duration is 'V' type,while the typical weld cross section of the close keyhole penetration mode at the high current and pulsed duration is 'X' type.The stable welding process may be obtained under the appropriate laser welding parameters.
