儿童伯基特淋巴瘤29例临床病理分析 被引量：11

摘要 目的探讨儿童伯基特淋巴瘤（ Burkitt＇ s lymphoma，BL）临床病理学特征及预后。方法根据WHO（2008）淋巴造血组织肿瘤分类标准，收集资料齐全的29例BL，运用免疫组化sP法观察CD3、CD20、CDl0、CD44、CD99、BCL-6、MUMl、BCL-2和Ki-67的表达，EBER原位杂交和荧光原位杂交（ fluorescence in situ hybridization, FISH）技术检测c-myc基因重排情况。结果29例BL发病年龄1．5-13岁，中位年龄4岁，平均5．3岁，男女比例3．1：1。29例BL中CD20、CDl0和BCL-6均阳性，MUMl阳性5例，CD3、CD99、CD44和BcL-2均阴性，Ki-67增殖指数〉90％。6例EBER阳性，c—myc基因断裂29例。随访结果：单纯手术11例均死亡，术后18例行化疗，3例死亡，15例生存。结论根据形态学结合免疫表型和分子遗传学有助于BL的诊断，患者治疗依从性是影响生存率重要原因之一。
