摘要
目的观察氟芬那酸丁酯软膏治疗面部脂溢性皮炎的疗效和安全性。方法将75例脂溢性皮炎患者随机分为两组。治疗组39例,予氟芬那酸丁酯软膏外用;对照组36例,予他克莫司软膏外用。疗程为4周,治疗结束后进行疗效比较,统计复发率。结果治疗组和对照组有效率(82.05%和80.56%)、复发率(36.36%和30.00%)均较接近(P均>0.05),差异无统计学意义。两组也均未见严重不良反应。结论氟芬那酸丁酯软膏治疗面部脂溢性皮炎具有较好的疗效,安全可靠。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of butyl flufenamate ointment in facial seborrheic der- matitis. Methods Seventy-five patients with facial seborrheic dermatitis were randomized into treatment and control group. Patients in treatment group （ n = 39 ） were topically treated with butyl flufenamate ointment, compared to control group treated with tacrolimus ointment, for 4 weeks. Recurrence rates were evaluated 4 weeks after the end of treatment. Results Treatment （82.05%） and control group （80.56%） had similar effective rates （ P 〉 0.05 ）. No significant differences were observed in recurrence rates between treatment （36.36%） and control group （ 30.00% ）. No serious adverse events occurred. Conclusion Topical butyl flufenamate ointment is effective and safe in the treatment of facial seborrheic dermatitis.
