摘要
患者男,25岁。躯干及四肢皮肤出现丘疹、脓疱、坏死及结痂1年余。结核菌素试验强阳性。皮损组织病理示:真皮浅层及中层灶性胶原纤维变性坏死,周围散在及灶状淋巴细胞、组织细胞浸润,并可见纤维母细胞增生及少量类上皮细胞、多核巨细胞聚集。诊断:丘疹坏死性结核疹。
A 25-year male patient presented with papular, pustule, necrosis and incrustation extensively over the body surface for more than one year. Tubercalin test was strongly positive. Histological examination showed degen- erated and necrotic collagens in the superficial and middle dermal layers, surrounded by isolated or grouped lymphocytes, histiocytes, fibroblasts and a few of epithelioid cell and polykaryocyte. Diagnosis ： Papulonecrotic Tuberculid.
