摘要
患儿女,10岁。躯干、四肢红斑、水疱3月余,反复发热1月。临床首发表现为线状IgA大疱性皮病样的环形红斑、水疱及大疱,经氨苯砜治疗后皮损好转,但随后反复出现发热及颜面、躯干红斑,实验室检查符合SLE诊断。经足量糖皮质激素治疗后病情好转。
We report a case of bullous systemic lupus erythematosus with the initial manifestation of linear IgA bullous dermatosis-like lesions. A 10-year-old girl presented with annular form erythema, bullous and blisters on her trunk and extremities resembling linear IgA bullous dermatosis. The lesions disappeared quickly after DDS treatment. However, she developed recurrent fever and erythema on cheek and chest two months later. Labora- tory examinations were consistent with the diagnosis of systemic lupus erythematosus. The condition was well controlled by systemic use of glucocorticoid.
