摘要
目的了解HIV感染者/AIDS患者生存质量,分析相关影响因素,为探索艾滋病防治与救助模式提供有益借鉴。方法采用方便抽样方法选取在巴南区接受检测、治疗的HIV感染者/AIDS患者进行调查。利用epidata3.1建立数据库、spss17.0软件分析数据,采用描述性统计方法进行一般情况的描述,单因素及多元统计方法进行生存质量影响因素的推断。结果共发放问卷126份,回收有效问卷124份,有效率为98.41%。HIV感染者/AIDS患者生存质量总分为(76.65±13.81)分。生理、心理、独立性、社会关系领域及总体生存质量均低于全国常模。影响HIV感染者/AIDS患者生存质量得分的因素主要有婚姻状况和并发症。结论 HIV感染者/AIDS患者生存质量比正常人差,要落实和加强对他们的关爱和救助,特别要重视其心理和社会功能的重建。另外,孤寡人员和有并发症者是关爱和救助的重点。
Objective To study the quality of life （QOL） of HIV/AIDS patients, analyze associated affecting factors, and hopefully provide data for HIV/AIDS prevention. Methods Information from HIV positive individuals and AIDS patients at Ba＇nan district were collected. Epidata3. 1 was used to setup database and spss17.0 software was used to analyze data. The descriptive statistical method was used for analyzing the general situa- tion. Single and multivariate statistical methods were used for evaluating the factors whieh affect the quality of life. Results One hundred and twenty six questionnaires were issued and 124 were recycled. The total QOL scores were （76.65 _＋ 13.81 ） in both groups. The scores of physical, psychological, level of independence, so- cial relations and overall QOL were lower than that of normal individuals. Marital status and complications were the major factors affecting QOL. Conclusion The care and relief measures for HIV/AIDS individuals should be implemented and strengthened because of their poorer QOL. The reconstruction of the psychological and social function should he received more attention. In addition, lonely individuals and those with health complications were the key directions of care and assistance.
