自体单束腘绳肌腱保残重建前交叉韧带的疗效 被引量：5

摘要 目的探讨关节镜介导下单束自体腘绳肌腱保留前交叉残端重建前交叉韧带(ACL)的疗效。方法选择ACL损伤患者28例,采用自体同侧腘绳肌腱单隧道重建ACL,保留ACL残端,股骨端用Endobutton悬吊固定,胫骨侧采用界面钉挤压固定。结果 28例患者术后均获随访4-33个月,术后平均Lysholm评分为95分,未发生血管神经损伤及骨筋膜室综合征。结论采用关节镜介导下单束自体腘绳肌腱保留前交叉残端重建ACL,创伤小,手术简便,效果好。
