ERGONOMICAL STUDY ON ALLOWABLE EXPOSURE TIME UNDER THERMAL ENVIRONMENTS

摘要 采用热交换方法分析了18个高温作业环境工人的热紧张。根据由作业条件所决定的必需皮肤湿度、必需的出汗率与生理可能达到的皮肤湿度、出汗率计算工人在热环境的允许暴露时间。评价方法适用于对劳动条件做精确分析和制定劳动作息制度参考。 The thermal stress experienced by workers in eighteen hot environments was analyzed by using a heat exchange method.The method of evaluation which is based on the comparison between the required skin wetness and the required sweat rate as a result of the working conditions, and the skin wetness and sweat rate which it is physiologically possible to achieve, was used to calculate an allowable exposure time (AET) of workers under thermal environments. It can be used to carry out a detailed analysis of working conditions, or as a reference in the design of work systems.
