摘要
本文讨论与职业性噪声聋诊断有关的几个问题:职业接触史和有关病史的采集;关于评价噪声性听力损伤的频率组合和听力损伤的计算以及防护听阈等问题。在国家尚未公布职业性噪声聋诊断标准之前,介绍了内部试行的诊断标准和处理原则。按照我国目前的实际情况,建议双耳听力损伤达到56dB者,应享受职业病待遇。
Some problems concerning diagnosis of noise-induced hearing loss including inquiry about the history of noise contamination and anamnesis about hearing loss, selection of the frequencies concerning hearing loss, determination of social impaired threshold, calculation of the hearing loss and hearing threshold level on fence were discussed.Some tentative diagnostic criteria and principle of management were introduced, they have been used prior to the official criteria were published.
At present, it is recommended that once the hearing loss reaches 56 dB, the worker should be compensated as occupational disease.
