摘要
目的分析武警高原某部队2009年-2013年战士驻训执勤期间疾病构成,为提高部队医疗服务效能、藏区医院如何合理利用卫生资源、藏区卫勤保障体系及医院下一步发展模式提供依据。方法高原部队战士驻训点主要位于海拔2600米、3285米、3209米、3406米、3506米海拔处,提取某支队卫生队到创建医院期间派出执勤驻训医生的每日上报表库,按照ICD-9标准对研究对象进行系统分类,而后再进行顺位排列、和前10位单病种描述。结果 5年中共有597名军人就诊,其中战士与士官为532例,占总人数的90.07%,新兵占57%,其中2009、2010、2011、2012、2013年就诊战士占当年驻训总人数比例分别为34.35%、30.75%、28.89%、19.65%、27.46%。系统分类前6位疾病是呼吸、肌肉骨骼系统、消化、泌尿系统、心血管系统疾病、皮肤病。前10位单病种是上呼吸道感染、训练伤、胃肠炎、泌尿糸结石和感染、高血压、冻疮、腰椎间盘出突出、痔疮、湿疹、神经性耳聋。结论初步掌握了高原部队不同海拔驻训点军人多发病及其疾病谱的变化趋势,为部队领导进一步搞好为兵服务提供了有力依据,同时也为高原藏区医院今后建设指明了方向。
Objective This paper analyzed disease formation of servicemen from altitude in concentrated training place of People.s Armed Police from 2009 to 2013, for providing basis for medical service efficiency, reasonable utility of health resources, perfection of logistic service and hospital of tibetans living areas service management mode.Methods It selected medical records front page information database of servicemen in concentrated training places which in heights of elevation 2600 m, 3285 m, 3209 m, 3406 m and 3506 m from 2009 to 2013 .According to ICD-9 to systematically classify and arrangement. Results There are 597 visitors because of different diseases within 5 years, in which there are 532 soldier accounting for 90.07% of the total number; The visiterr number of servicemen and the ratio accounting for the total number of 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012 and 2013 are respectively 34.35%, 30.75%, 28.89%, 19.65%, 27.46%. The top 6 diseases of systematic classification are respiratory system disease, musculoskeletal system ,digestive system disease, urogenital system disease, cardiovascular system disease, Skin disease; The top 10 single disease are upper respiratory tract infection, Spots injury, gastroenteritis, urinary calculi and infection, hypertension, chilblain, lumbar prominent, hemorrhoids, eczema, sensorineural deafness. Conclusions It sized up the situation about common disease and change trend of servicemen in Concentrated training place at tibetans living areas which provided solid basis for servicemen-service and＂ pointed direction for future construction for hospital.
