摘要
通过对我国传统工资分配制度存在问题与操作误区的分析 ,指出在市场经济条件下 ,学习研究现代薪酬管理的思想、理论和方法是企业转换经营机制、建立现代企业制度的迫切需要。只有借助现代薪酬管理理论 ,制定出科学合理的符合企业实际的薪酬制度与分配方案 。
By analyzing the problems existing in conventional wages distribution system and its misoperation,that it is the urgent need to study the theory and method of modern wages management in order to establish modern enterprises system was pointed out.By tint of the theory of modern wages management and working out practical wages system and distribution plan,wages can bring encouragement into full play.
