摘要
从患者、临床医师、病案管理人员三个方面分析病案复印中的常见问题,主要有患者证件携带不齐全、患者信息不全或错误、病案归档不及时或病案资料不完整、病案管理人员的工作压力增大。从而提出通过建立院内宣传系统、提高病案质量、提高病案管理人员自身素质等办法,快捷、方便、高效地为患者提供病案复印。
To analyze the common problems in the duplication of medical records from the three aspects of patients, clinicians and medical record management staff, including incomplete documents supplied by patients, incomplete or inaccurate information of patients, without archiving in time or incomplete of medical records materials and the increasing working pressure on medical record staff. Therefore, we put forward many methods such as establish propaganda system within hospital, improve the quality of medical records and the self-quality of the medical records management staff, so as to provide duplication of medical records fast, conveniently and efficiently.
