摘要
目的探索提高病案归档管理方法以有效解决病案归档难的问题,从而保障病案及时再利用。方法根据临床客观因素导致病案超期归档的原因进行全院问卷调查,运用根因分析法找出突出问题并进行干预。结果对干预效果进行追踪,结果显示在次年同期病案回收量增加1979份的情况下,病案3日归档率上升1.26%。结论应用根因分析质量管理模式改变思路,深入分析,发现管理中存在的根本制约因素,是解决病案管理中病案按时归档难的有效手段。
Objective To investigate the methods of improving medical records archiving management so as to solve existing problems in it and guarantee the recycle of medical records timely. Method A questionnaire survey was conducted on the later archiving reasons caused by clinical objective reality in the whole hospital, then found the prominent problems with root cause analysis method and gave intervention. Result After tracing the intervention, the result showed that the three days archiving rate of medical records was in＇creased 1.26% under the situation of the total number of medical records increased 1979 cases compared with the same time last year. Conclusion To change the way of thinking with the application of root cause analysis method on quality management mode, and found the fundamental restraining factors existing in the management by deeply analysis, which was an effective method to solve the difficulties in the archiving of medical records management.
