摘要
对辉钼精矿在Na2 CO3 -Na2 MoO4 -Na2 SO4 和Na2 MoO4 -Na2 SO4 体系的熔盐氧化过程进行了研究。结果表明 ,在控制适当的工艺条件 (配料比、温度、鼓风速度和时间等 )下 ,钼的转化率和脱硫率均可达 99%以上。对Na2 CO3 -Na2 MoO4 -Na2 SO4 体系 ,钼精矿中的钼和硫分别以Na2 MoO4 和Na2 SO4形态进入溶液。对Na2 MoO4 -Na2 SO4 体系 ,钼以Na2 MoO4 形态进入溶液 ,硫进入气相 ,烟气中的SO2浓度达 5
The melting salt oxidation technology of molybdenite concentrate in Na 2CO 3-Na 2MoO 4-Na 2SO 4 and Na 2MoO 4-Na 2SO 4 system has been studied.The results show that the conversion ratio of Mo and sweetening ratio can reach 99% under the proper conditions.In Na 2CO 3-Na 2MoO 4-Na 2SO 4 system,Mo and S in the concentrate can form Na 2MoO 4 and Na 2SO 4 separately and dissolved.In Na 2MoO 4-Na 2SO 4 system,Mo can form Na 2MoO 4,S can be oxidized and the concentration of SO 2 in the exhaust gas can be up to 5%.
