摘要
对检查组101例,其中高频作业者44、微波作业者57、以及对照组37例进行了RHG的检查。指标为波形、hs、hd、hd/hs、Ts、TD、Tmax。检查组波形异常者18例,与对照组相比有显著性差异(P<0.05),可以认为,一定程度的射频辐射能影响作业人员肝脏的供血状况,有供血下降的趋势,其余各指标的变化基本上在正常范围内。
Experiments of RHG (Rheohepatogram)were made on 101 cases in the examining group, which was divided into two parts as 44 radio frequency workers and 57 microwave workers, and on 37 cases in the contrasting group. The observing indexes were wave-shape, hs,hd, hd/hs,Ts,TD, Tmax.There were 18 cases of abnormal wave-shape in the examining group and we found it had distinct difference (P<0.05) when compared with that of contrasting one. So it may be concidered that certain field of radio frequency and radiation effected the condition of liver's blood supply and had the tendency of redution of the blood supply.The changes of the other indexs were almost within the normal range.
