摘要
亚洲金融危机对中国的主要经验教训是 ,中国必须健全和完善本国的金融体系 ;中国必须在保持汇率稳定的同时使汇率的变动具有必要的灵活性 ;中国在目前情况下必须保持资本管制 ;中国必须进一步加强宏观经济政策以及宏观经济政策与结构改革之间的协调 ;中国必须加速产业结构和贸易结构的调整。中国有能力维持经济的持续增长 ,但中国必须不失时机地推行必要的结构改革。
There are several lessons that China can learn from the Asian financial crisis.Firstly,the domestic financial system requires further development to reach a healthier level. Secondly, a combination between local currency stability and a more flexible foreign exchange rate regime should be achieved. Thirdly, under current internal and external situation,capital control has to be maintained. Fourthly, the coordination between different macroeconomic policy instruments as well as the harmonization of macroeconomic policies and restructuring are two necessary conditions for internal and external balances. Finally, industrial structure and trade structure adjustment should be speeded up to keep China's exports' sufficient competitiveness. China is capable of continuing her sustainable high growth on condition that fundamental reforms are carried out without delay.
