摘要
按2×2×2析因设计,以给饲方式对雄性小鼠作Pb(1mmol/L),Cd(0.5mmol/L),As (0.7mmol/L)单独及联合染毒10周。用原子吸收法测定小鼠肾脏Pb、Cd、As、Zn、Cu、Fe6种元素含量。结果表明,铅镉砷联合作用对小鼠肾脏Pb、Cd、As、Fe含量影响与单一作用有明显不同,而对Zn、Cu含量影响不明显。
Male mice were exposed to dietary Pb (lmmol/L) , Cd (0.5mmol/L) or as (0.7mmol/L) either individually or in combination for 10 weeks using a 2 ×2 ×2 factorial design. The levels of Pb, Cd, As, Zn, Cu and Fe in mice kidney were determined by ASS. The results showed that the combined tozicity effects of Pb, Cd and As on the renal Pb, Cd, As and Fe levels were significantly different with those effects of individual toxicity, while the renal Cu and Zn levels were not affected significantly.
