摘要
应用Gleebl-1500热模拟机,在变形温度900℃-1250℃、应变速率0.005s-1~0.5s-1条件下,通过高温拉伸实验研究316LN不锈钢的流变应力行为,分别采用参数反求法和传统的回归统计法计算流变应力方程参数并进行对比,结果表明,采用教学一学习算法(TLBO)反求流变应力方程参数更准确、高效,可用参数反求法替代传统回归统计法,从而快速获得材料流变应力方程参数。
The flow stress behaviors of 316LN stainless steel were studied by tensile test at the deformation temperature of 900℃-1250℃ and strain rate of 0. 005s-1-0.5s 7 on Gleeble 1500 system. With the experimental data, the material parame- ters for the hot deformation constitutive equation were obtained by inverse method and compared with the results obtained by re gression statistics methods. The results show that the inverse method by Teaching-Learning-Based Optimization (TLBO) is more efficient and accurate. The reverse method can substitute the traditional regression statistic method to identify the constitutive pa rameters accurately and efficiently.
