基于有限元模拟的角成形新方法及模具设计 被引量:1

摘要 传统板类零件角部成形工艺工序繁琐且成本较高。文章针对这些缺点,提出角部拉深成形新方法;设计了某板类零件角成形模具结构。该模具包括角部拉深成形结构与余料裁剪结构。利用DYNAFORM5.6软件对厚度为1mm的铝合金方板的角部成形过程进行模拟与实验,结果显示,采用角部成形新方法无需在板料两邻边开槽,即可一次拉深成形角部,而且可省去后续焊接、打磨等工序,生产效率大大提高;成形角部无褶皱,外表光滑美观。 The process of traditional plate parts corner forming, which includes the slot opening, adjacent side bending, welding and the final grinding polishing, was trival and high cost. A new method of once deep drawing forming for corner was proposed to overcome the shortcomings of the traditional processing technology for plate parts corner, without slotting and welding. A certain die for plate parts corner forming was designed. The mold included the corner deep drawing and the cutting structure, The corner forming process for the thickness of lmm aluminum alloy plate was simulated by DynaformS. 6 software, and the re- sults show that the corner was once stretched forming without two adjacent side slot in sheet metal by the new method of corner forming, leaving out the follow-up welding and grinding process, improving the production efficiency greatly, and making the appearance of the parts smooth without fold.
