早产儿视网膜病变的研究进展 被引量：1

摘要 1940年以前, 由于低体重出生儿的生存率低下,早产儿视网膜病变（ROP）致盲的问题尚未引起人们的注意.其后对早产儿使用保育器和吸入高浓度氧气,低体重出生儿的ROP首先由波士顿眼病理学家Terry报道[1],当时称之为晶状体后纤维增生症（retrolental fibroplasias,RLF）,此由于在患眼晶状体后发现有大量白色瘢痕性纤维增生的缘故,对ROP的概念尚未完全明确.1951年,Heath[2]病理学研究结果,始正式命名为ROP.ROP是未发育成熟的视网膜血管系统在缺氧等因素的刺激下发生增值反应的一种病变,可以导致视网膜脱离,纤维化,严重影响儿童视力和眼球的发育,影响正常的运动、语言、认知和社会发育.随着社会经济的发展及围生医学技术的进步,早产儿的成活率大大提高,ROP的发病率也随之增加,而早期发现和及时合理的治疗无疑是现阶段拯救ROP患儿视功能的最重要措施.本文对近年来国内外有关ROP的研究进行综述,内容涵盖了ROP的发病危险因素、分类标准、筛查、治疗以及预后等诸方面.
