摘要
南水北调中线一期引江济汉工程渠道5标施工项目膨胀土区段全长3.6 km,膨胀土属中等膨胀土。设计采用掺6%水泥改性换填的方法进行膨胀土边坡处理。为达到膨胀土水泥改性的实际效果,确保工程质量,曾采用旋耕机拌和法及路拌机拌和法进行膨胀土水泥改性拌和现场试验,拌和效果不好,经过研究与探索,结合工程实际及土料特性等最后采用厂拌法(破碎+拌和)取得满意效果。
the swelling soil section of 3.6 km long totally is available in Lot 5, the canal of the water diversion project from Yangtze River to Han River, Stage 1, the south-to-north water diversion project middle route. The swelling soil is of the moderate one. In the design, 6% cement is proposed to mix into the soil, and the modified soil replaces the original soil so as to treat the swelling-soil slope. To real- ize the modification of the swelling soil by cement and assure the engineering quality, both rototiller and stabilized soil mixer are applied on site for the trial mixing of cement and the swelling soil to realize the modification of the swelling soil by cement. But the mixing result is not as expected. Through study and exploration as well as in combination with the project reality and the soil characteristics, cement is mixed with the swelling soil in the mixing plant ( in terms of breaking and mixing) finally and the expected result is achieved.
