摘要
鉴于原有矿井排水系统自动化程度低,从而造成安全、经济效益差的特点,该文提出一种矿井排水智能监控系统的结构设计方案,利用ARM控制器和变频器相结合的方式进行水泵自动化控制,系统监控采用LabVIEW图像化设计软件实现系统数据的实时采集、在线监控以及历史存储和查询等。系统能够有效地改善原有排水系统安全程度低、人工劳动强度大、耗费物质多等缺陷,对排水系统的实际工程有很高的参考价值。
In view of the existing mine drainage system of low degree of automation , result in poor security , economic benefit , this paper put forward a structure design scheme of intelligent monitoring sys-tem of coal mine drainage , combined use of ARM controller and frequency converter do the pump auto-matic control .System monitoring software use the LabVIEW graphical design system realize real -time data acquisition , online monitoring , historical storage and query et al .System can effectively improve the existing drainage system safety degree low , artificial labor intensity , cost more matter , water supply and drainage system in the actual project provides a good reference value .
