摘要
对少数民族地区发展面临的各种问题进行分析后认为,造成这些问题的原因多与少数民族群众的生产习惯、宗教信仰、教育观念等非制度因素有关。在此基础上提出,促进少数民族地区发展要发挥政府的主导作用,发挥企业家维护生态平衡的主观能动性,发挥少数民族群众作为当地发展的主力军作用。
After analysing all kinds of problems during the development in the national minority district the paper thought these problems had something to do with the non-system factors such as production habits, religions ideas, education ideas, and so on. On the basis of that it suggested that we should make full use of the governments leading, arouse the enthusiasm of the enterprisers and make the minority people play a main role during the development in the national minority district in the future.
