摘要
采集江西地区两种代表性家畜粪便进行生物质特性分析,根据Buswell经验公式对其进行理论甲烷产量计算,并通过生化甲烷潜力测定试验对两种生物质的实际产气特性进行分析。结果表明,本研究中采集的猪粪和水牛粪的理论产甲烷潜力分别为646.7 mL·g-1VS和606.1 mL·g-1VS,其在生化甲烷潜力测定试验中实际产甲烷量分别为479.4 mL·g-1VS和307.6 mL·g-1VS,其生物降解率分别为74.1%和50.8%。水牛粪便的产甲烷潜力曲线和降解速率表明其生物降解过程中存在抑制因素。
Characteristics and theoretical methane production of two typical livestock waste,pig manure and buffalo manure in Jiangxi province,were analyzed,and their actual methane production were tested.The results showed that the theoretical methane production of tested pig manure and buffalo manure were 646.7mL · g-1 VS and 606.1 mL g-1 VS,respectively,while the actual methane production were 479.4 mL · g-1 VS and 307.6 mL · g-1VS,respectively.Therefore,the biodegradation rate of of tested pig manure and buffalo manure were 74.1% and 50.8% respectively.The methane production potential curve of buffalo manure and its degradation rate showed that there existed inhibition factors in its biodegradation process.
