摘要
将餐厨垃圾与玉米秸秆进行联合厌氧消化,可调节底物的碳氮比(C/N)在适合厌氧消化的范围,并缓解由于季节性造成的玉米秸秆厌氧消化原料供给不足的问题。为考察餐厨垃圾与玉米秸秆联合厌氧消化的产甲烷性能,设计原料C/N和初始有机负荷率(OLR)为因子的一般全因子试验,分析不同C/N和初始有机负荷率下的日产甲烷量、负荷产甲烷量、厌氧消化性能等。试验结果表明,当调节餐厨垃圾与玉米秸秆的混合比例,使原料C/N为20,初始有机负荷率为45 gVS·L-1时,负荷产甲烷量最大(311.83 mL·g-1VS),并高于相同负荷下餐厨垃圾或玉米秸秆单独厌氧消化的负荷产甲烷量。
Anaerobic co-digestion of food waste and corn stalk is an effective way to adjust the carbon-nitrogen ratio (C/N) of feedstock to a proper range fitting the anaerobic digestion process,and also balance the feedstock shortage caused by seasonal problem.Full factorial experiment including factor of C/N and initial organic loading rate (OLR) was designed.The daily methane yield,accumulative methane yield,and anaerobic digestibility,under different C/N and initial OLR,were analyzed.The results showed the maximum methane yield of 311.83 mL · g-1 VS under C/N of 20 and the initial OLR of 45 g VS · L-1.The methane yield was proven to be higher than their individual fermentation under the same condition.
