用益生菌制剂代替断奶仔猪日粮中抗生素的研究 被引量:32

摘要 为研究自行研发的益生菌制剂代替断奶仔猪日粮中抗生素的可行性,本研究将分离鉴定的具有良好安全性能和体外益生特性的屎肠球菌 HDRsEF1菌株和枯草芽胞杆菌 HDRsBS1菌株进行复合,制成益生菌制剂,部分替代或全部替代仔猪教槽料和保育料中的抗生素,分3组饲喂28日龄~62日龄仔猪,连续观察和比较3组仔猪的促生长性能、腹泻率、免疫学指标、各项生化指标。结果显示,在促生长性能上,益生菌组稍低于抗生素组,但差异不显著;而益生菌组仔猪的腹泻率与抗生素组比较有所降低;血液中的 IgG、IgA、IgM含量和特异性抗体效价(猪瘟、口蹄疫)与抗生素组比较显著上升;特别是气管冲洗液、十二指肠、空肠内容物中的分泌型IgA含量显著高于抗生素组。说明在仔猪日粮中使用益生菌制剂,可以促进仔猪的生长发育,提高仔猪非特异性和特异性抗病能力;本研究所用的益生菌制剂可以替代仔猪日粮中的抗生素,达到抗病促生长的目的。 The study was conducted to investigate the possibility of replacement of antibiotics in weaned pig-let diets.Enterococcus faecium HDRsEF1 and Bacillus subtilis HDRsbs1 ,which were isolated in our lab and have good security and probiotic properties,were combined to form a probiotic agent.It was used to partly or completely replace antibiotics in piglet creep diets and conservation diets.28-62 days-old weaned piglets were divided into three groups,the growth performance,diarrhea rate,seral biochemical parame-ters and immunological index were observed and compared continuously.The results showed that the growth performance of probiotic group was lower than that of antibiotic group,but the difference was not significant.The diarrhea rate of piglets was decreased than the antibiotic group.IgA,IgG,IgM,and specific antibody (hog cholera and Foot-and-mouth disease )levels of probiotic group were significantly increased than that of antibiotic group.Trachea,duodenum and j ej unum SIgA levels of probiotic group were signifi-cantly increased than that of antibiotic group.It suggested that application of probiotics in piglet diets can promote the growth and development of piglets,improve non-specific and specific immunities against disea-ses.The studied probiotics can replace of antibiotics added in piglet diets and can achieve the aim of promo-ting the growth and immunity in piglets.
