摘要
黄曲霉毒素是毒性极强的剧毒物质,能损伤各种动物的内脏器官,其中以损害肝脏﹑肾脏为主。为了研究黄曲霉毒素对犬肝﹑肾组织损伤情况,将临床确诊为黄曲霉毒素中毒的12只病犬解剖,采集肝、肾组织,应用石蜡包埋,HE染色,观察肝肾病理组织学变化。结果显示,中毒犬肝脏组织出现肝细胞变性、坏死、胆管增生,肾脏组织出现肾小球肿大,肾小管变性坏死、间质内淋巴细胞浸润等变化。结果表明,黄曲霉毒素中毒犬肝、肾组织均受到不同程度的损伤,发生急性和慢性肝炎、肾炎。
Aflatoxins are highly toxic substances which are extremely toxic,can damage various animal internal organs, including liver and kidney.In order to study the effect of aflatoxin on liver and kidney damage in dogs,the kidneys and livers of 12 dogs diagnosed as aflatoxin poisoning were collected,paraffin-embedded,and the histopathological lesions were observed by HE staining.The results showed that liver cell degeneration,necrosis,bile duct hyperplasia,kidney glomerulus swelling,degeneration and necrosis of renal tubules,interstitial lymphocyte infiltration occurred.The results showed that the liver and kidney tissues in aflatoxin poisoning dogs were damaged to different extent,and chronic hep-atitis,nephritis occurred.
