摘要
对皮革制品的生产状况、六价铬有害化学物质的危害、来源、国内外相关标准进行阐述。据此,对99批次皮革服装、儿童鞋、手套、背提包和票夹等皮革制品,进行了六价铬含量检验,并对统计结果进行分析。结果显示,儿童鞋、手套、皮革服装中六价铬含量较高,风险相对较大。此外,还探索了60批次皮革制品中六价铬含量与储存温度的关系,结果显示,六价铬含量随储存温度的升高而增加。
Production conditions of leather products, the hazards and the source of harmful chemicals of chromium(VI), domestic and international relevant standards were elaborated. Accordingly, the chromium(VI) was tested in 99 batches of leather products, such as leather garments, children's shoes, gloves, back bag and purse, and the statistical results were analyzed. The results showed that the children's shoes, gloves and leather garments with higher levels of chromium(VI) had relatively large risk. In addition, the temperature dependence of chromium(VI) was explored in the 60 batches of leather products, and the results showed that chromium(VI) content increased with increasing temperature.
