摘要
自甘草残渣中分离一种水溶性葡聚糖 GPS,急性毒性实验证明其属无毒物质 .通过体内抑瘤实验表明 ,GPS对小鼠肉瘤 S-1 80及艾氏腹水移植瘤皆有明显抑制作用 ,其抑制率分别高于 80 %和 30 % .
A polysaccharide (GPS) was isolated and purified from residues of Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch, which was identified to be a glucan. Acute toxicity test showed that GPS was non toxic. Taking tumor bearing mice as animal models, result of experiments showed that GPS had strong inhibition effects on the growth of both sarcoma 180 and EAC, the inhibition rates were higher than 80% and 30% respectwely.
