气相沉积方法生长TiC纳米棒 被引量:2

Synthesizing TiC nanorods by CVD method

摘要 用碳纳米管限制反应,采用气相沉积方法生成TiC的纳米棒.TiC纳米棒的形貌依赖于碳纳米管的形状和生长条件,其直径大于碳纳米管的直径.并且对TiC纳米棒的生长机制进行了讨论. CVD method for synthesizing TiC nanorods by carbon nanotubesconfined reaction was demostrated. The morphology of TiC nanorods depends on the morpholo gy and the growth condition of carbon nanotubes. The diameters of TiC nanorods a re little larger than the carbon nanotubes'.And the growth mechanism of TiC nano rods was also discussed.
