摘要
提出了用开路电压、短路电流法分析场效应管共漏极放大电路输出电阻的正确方法 ,指出由于常被人们忽视的问题 ,从而导致的错误结论 .
A correct way to analyze the output resistance of commondrain field effect transistors ampifiers in the opencircuit voltage and shortcircuit current is provided in this paper.It points out some problems.The ignored problems usually lead to some wrong conclusions.
