摘要
对于施工企业发展而言,财务成本管理是关键的内容。施工企业产品主要是工程项目,企业成本管理重点在于对施工项目进行成本管理,控制工程项目的施工消耗,节约成本。文章将主要分析施工企业财务成本管理出现的问题,并提出强化施工企业财务成本管理的策略。
For the development of construction enterprise, fin-ancial cost management is the key content. Main products of c-onstruction enterprise are engineering project, enterprise cost management focus on making cost management of constructio-n project, control ing the cost of construction project, get ing cost saving. This paper will mainly analyze the financial cost management of construction enterprise, and propose strategies to strengthen the financial cost management of construction enterprise.
