摘要
施工管理是建筑项目最关键的环节,所涉及的内容覆盖整个工程建设。项目经理想实现创优工程,首先就是要做好施工现场的管理工作,以保证施工顺利进行。本文就以赣榆县行政服务中心(主楼)工程项目为例讲述建筑工程施工管理具体内容,主要是从安全、进度、质量与成本四个方面进行分析,以供广大同行参考。
Construction management is the key link of cons-truction project, the contents involved the entire project constr-uction. Project manager wants to realize the innovation project, first of all is to do a good job in management of the construct-ion site, in order to ensure the smooth construction. This paper takes Ganyu county administrative service center （main buildi-ng） project as an example to explain the specific content of construction management, mainly is carries on the analysis fro-m four aspects of safety, schedule, quality and cost, in order to provide the reference.
