摘要
创造合格乃至完美的工程质量,是施工建筑企业不断追求的目标,也是企业提高信誉的根本途径。文章结合本人的实际工作经验,分析了施工现场容易出现的一些问题,参考学习了优秀的管理模式,由此提出了对施工现场管理的优化措施,希望能对广大工程管理人员有所帮助。
Create qualified and perfect engineering quality, is the pursuit goal of construction enterprise, and is also a basic way to improve the credibility of enterprises. This paper comb-ines with practical experiences, analyzes some problems of the construction site, and refers to learning the excellent manage-ment modes, puts forward optimization measures on the const-ruction site management, hoping to help the project managem-ent personnel.
