摘要
知识经济是一种崭新的经济形态,知识作为生产要素投入生产并通过交换产生价值。图书馆通过对知识的配置和传播使知识增值。图书馆应转变观念,加快人才培养,更新基础设施,加快数字图书馆的建设,走出困境。
Knowledge economy is a completely new economic formation, and as a productive factor, knowledge is invested in the production, and producing value through exchanging. Libraries increase the value of knowledge through distribution and spreading of it. Libraries should change the ideas, speed up the nursing of the talents, renew the the foundational instruments, fasten the construction of the digital libraries, and then get off the embarrassment.
