摘要
通过镜检观察短瓣金莲花(Trolliustedebourii)的染色体核型公式为K(2n)=2x=16=2m +12sm +2st,核型为“3A”型 ,核型不对称系数为68.74 %.染色体相对长度组成为2n=16=8M2+8M1,染色体总长度为41.3μm.
Karyotype of Trollius tedebourit is observed by microscopic examination.The karyotype formula of T.tedebourii is K(2n)=2x=16=2m+12sm+2st and belong to “3A” of stebbins karyotype symmetry. The species chromosome composition of relatine length is 2n=16=8M2+8M1. The totoal length of the chromosome is 41.3 μm.
