摘要
对丙烯酸酯聚合反应制备压敏胶的工艺及产品的性能进行了探讨 .实验证明 :反应温度为 80℃ ,BA与 MMA的质量比为 7∶ 3、BPO用量为单体量的 0 .5%~ 0 .7%、反应 6 h较为合适 ,在反应后期补加适量溶剂和 BPO,可提高单体转化率 ,加入适量增粘剂及填充剂可改善压敏胶的性能并降低生产成本 .
The preparation and the properties of acrylic ester copolymer pressure sensitive adhesive were studied.The results obtained showed that the suitable conditions are of the reaction temperature 80 ℃,the reaction time 6 hours;the mass ratio of BA and MMA 7∶3;the mass ratio of BPO and monomer 0.5%~0.7% .The rate of monomer transformation is raised by adding proper BPO and solvent .The properties of product is improved and its cost is decreased by adding resin and packing.
