摘要
对国内外SiC系列陶瓷纤维先驱体的主要合成方法及工艺进行了总结。比较了各种方法所得先驱体的产率、杂元素含量、分子形态、分子量及其分布等结构参数 ,先驱体可纺性以及对应烧成纤维的力学性能。提出降低先驱体中杂元素含量 ,改善其可纺性及先驱丝的强度 。
The synthesis and technology of the precursors of SiC ceramic fibers is summarized. The configurational parameters of the precursors yield,mixed elements content,molecular configuration,molecular weight and its distribution, spinnability and the mechanical properties of relevant ceramic fibers are evaluated. The direction of the precursors molecular design is how to reduce the mixed elements content of the precursors,improve its spinnability and tensile strength of the precursors fiber and increase the ceramic yield.
