摘要
在雕刻、精密机械加工等行业中,对形状复杂且测量精度要求很高的零件,通常要首先经过CCD图像采集系统获得曲面轮廓的数字图像,然后对这些曲面轮廓图像进行处理.然而,如何提高这些曲面轮廓数字图像处理的效率和效果,己成为当前研究的主要课题.通过实验,分析了多处理机系统在数字图像处理中的并行化情况,提出了在图像预处理、图像的增强处理过程中的并行化实现方法,进而使多个处理机之间能够更加协调工作,充分利用CPU,提高了多处理机计算机系统的性能,提高了图像处理的效率和效果.
In industries such as engraving and precision machinery processing, the digital image of the curved surface profile of the components with complicated shape and high measurement accuracy is obtained through the CCD image acquisition system, and then parallel process on the image is conducted. However, how to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of digital image processing for the surface profile has become a main topic of current research. By experimental analysis of the parallel situation of multiprocessor systems in digital image processing, a parallel implementation method for image preprocessing and image enhancement processing is proposed in this paper, which makes multiple processors work more coordinately and makes full use of the CPU, thus greatly improving the performance of the multiprocessor computer system and the efficiency and effectiveness of the image processing.
