摘要
目的探讨B-Lynch缝合术在治疗产后出血(postpartum hemorrhage,PPH)中的应用效果。方法对40例剖宫产术中因宫缩乏力、胎盘因素和凝血功能障碍引起的产后出血患者,采用B-Lynch缝合术。结果 40例患者止血效果满意,术后无大出血,随访子宫复旧良好。结论 B-Lynch缝合术操作简单,容易掌握,在治疗剖宫产术中因宫缩乏力、胎盘因素及上述原因继发凝血功能障碍的产后出血方面,效果显著,且保留了患者的生育功能,是一种有效的止血方法。
Objective To study the clinical effect of the B - Lynch suture on treatment of postpartum hemorrhage. Methods The clinical data of 40 cases with PPH resulting from uterine inertia, abnormal placenta and coagulation disorders were analyzed. All cases were taken by B - Lynch suture during the cesarean section （ CS ）. Results All 40 cases with PPH were taken by B - Lynch suture and were gotten hemostatic effects of satisfaction. The results being followed up showed no postoperative hemorrhage and no complications happened. The status on involution of uterus was satisfied. Conclusion B - Lynch＇ s compressive suture technique is a simple, effective and acceptable method for all obstetricians because it is effective on hemostasis for the PPH from uterine inertia, abnormal placenta and coagulation disorders during CS.
