摘要
深厚素填土地基,除需要考虑土层固结沉降引起的负摩擦力外,还需要考虑其厚度、密实度不均匀性,以及湿陷性等引起的水平蠕动对桥梁基础的影响。以南广铁路跨工业大道特大桥桩基础设计为工程实例,进行基础方案比选,并进行试桩试验。试验结果表明,在桩外侧设置钢管套,并在钢管表面涂刷特制沥青层,利用钻孔泥浆套,可有效减少桩身负摩擦力,同时钢管套的设置可有效提高桩身水平抗力,抵抗素填土的水平蠕动产生的水平变形。
As for the deep and thick plain-fill subsoil, except needing to consider the negative friction force arising from soil consolidation settlement, the in-homogeneity on thickness and density, the influence on bridge foundation caused by horizontal wriggle of collapsible soil, also should be taken into account. In this paper, the foundation design of a super major bridge crossing above the Gongye Avenue on Nanning-Guangzhou Railway was taken as an example, and then comparison and selection for foundation scheme were carried out, together with the pile testing. The test results show that if a steel sleeve, which is painted by special asphalt, is installed outside of the pile, together with the utilization of a drilling mud sleeve, the negative friction force can be effectively reduced. Simultaneously, the steel sleeve can increase the horizontal resistance force of the pile structure effectively, resisting the horizontal deformation caused by horizontal wriggling of plain fill.
