摘要
农业机械的迅速发展和设计生产的需求推动了对农业物料性质的测试和研究的发展。水稻籽粒物理特性和水稻机械化生产密切相关,如排种器技术、直播技术、育苗移栽技术和脱粒清选技术等。为此,研究了水稻籽粒的有关物理特性,包括籽粒的三维几何尺寸、密度、内摩擦因数、籽粒与钢板之间的滑动摩擦因数、籽粒与钢板之间的恢复系数以及水稻籽粒的漂浮系数等,为有关水稻生产机械的设计提供合理和可靠的依据,并为相关的数值模拟提供原始的物理参数。
The demand of the design and production of the agricultural machinery promotes development of agricultural materials properties testing and research with the rapid development of agricultural machinery. Rice grain physical proper ties and mechanization of rice production is closely related, such as seeding technique, direct seeding, raise seeding and transplanting techniques and threshing-cleaning technology. This paper studied the physical properties of rice grain, in cluding: grain geometrical size, density, coefficient of internal friction, coefficient of sliding friction between the plate and the rice grain, recovery coefficient between the plate and the rice grain and rice grain suspension speed. Test results provide a reasonable and reliable design basis for design on rice mechanical production and the original physical parame ters for related to numerical simulation.
