摘要
目的探讨自身抗体合并抗-Fyb患者抗体鉴定方法和输血治疗。方法 1名18岁女性系统性红斑狼疮患者重度贫血拟输血治疗,血浆中检出不规则抗体,交叉配血主次侧凝集,经患者血清和吸收液和谱细胞分别做盐水和抗球介质的抗体鉴定实验,确认该患者体内同时存在自身抗体和抗-Fyb。结果选择同种抗体相应抗原阴性的红细胞与该患者进行交叉配血实验后输注。结论自身抗体合并抗-Fyb的准确鉴定是此类患者输血治疗的关键措施。
Objective The identification and blood transfusion therapy of the patient with autoantibodies and anti-Fvb. Methods A 18 years old female patient need blood transfusion therapy due to severe anemia. Irregular antibodies were detected in plasma,the cross-matching were incompatible, according to the antibody identification results by used patient＇s plasma and absorption liquid respectively reacted with panel cells in saline medium and antiglobulin medium, autoantibodies and anti-Fyb simultaneously existed in the patient＇s body. Results Transfused ailoantibody corresponding antigen negative red blood cell that crossed with the patient. Conclusion Accurate identification of autoantibodies combined with anti -Fyb is a key measure of blood transfusion therapy of this kind of patients.
