摘要
目的通过对盐城市中心血站实验室ELISA试验室内质控数据分析，查找误差的来源、监测和控制本室常规工作的精密度，不断提高本实验室常规工作的检测质量。方法对2012年本站实验室ELISA试验项目（HB-sAg、抗-HCV、抗-HIV及梅毒）的所有室内质控数据进行回顾性分析。结果2012年本站实验室ELISA试验共有7261次室内质控结果，其中288次（3．97％）属于“警告”，107次（1．47％）属于“失控”，失控中18次（0．25％）为随机误差，89次（1．22％）为系统误差；ELISA试验的室内质控共有64个RCV，其值在5．50％-24．50％。结论从总体上看本站实验室ELISA试验室内质控效果处于可接受范围内，达到了室内质控的预期要求。
Objective To find out the error source, monitor the precision of routine work, and improve the test quality of the routine work in Yancheng Blood Center laboratory,by analyzing internal control data of ELISA test. Method Interhal control data of ELISA test （HBsAg,Anti-HCV, Anti-HIV and syphilis） were analyzed retrospectively. Results There were 7 261 internal control results,in which 288 （3.97 % ） were showed＂ warning＂ and 107 （ 1.47% ） were showed＂ out of control＂. In＂out of control＂ group,tbe number of random error was 18 （0.25%） ,and the number of system error was 89 （ 1.22% ）. There were 64 RCV whose value located in the range of 5.50% - 24.50%. Conclusion The effect of internal control in Yancbeng Blood Center laboratory is within the acceptable range, and achieves the desired requirements.
