摘要
基于啮合原理求出两种基本线型(直线与圆弧)和与其相互啮合时的啮合线方程。由啮合线方程通过坐标变换求出与基本线型共轭的曲线的方程表达式。然后,推导了两组共轭曲线的滑动率公式。计算了不同参数条件下两对共轭曲线的滑动率,并绘制了变化曲线图,分析了滑动率的影响因素。该研究可为不同啮合曲线的失效分析、啮合曲线参数优化、切削刀具磨损分析等提供依据。
Based on the meshing theory,the meshing line equations of two kinds of basic line types (straight line and circular arc)were derived. The conjugate curve equations of basic line types were obtained by meshing line equations for coordinate transformation. Then ,Two kinds of conjugate curve sliding rate formulas were derived. And two pairs of change curves of conjugate curve sliding rate were plotted under different parameters, the influence factors of sliding rate were analyzed. The study provides a basis for different meshing curve of failure analysis ,meshing curve parameter optimization, cutting tool wear analysis and so on.
