摘要
采用C-MBR工艺对校园污水的再生回用处理进行了研究,考察了系统对有机物、总氮、总磷、浊度等的去除效果以及系统膜压的变化情况。实验结果表明,C-MBR系统对校园污水COD、BOD5、总氮、总磷的去除率分别达到了83.48%、96%、57.11%及74.11%;色度、浊度及TSS的去除率分别达到63.46%、99.63%、100%。膜表面附着的微生物胞外聚合物是膜污染的重要原因,增大曝气强度、增长反冲洗时间以及定期药剂清洗均可维持MBR系统的稳定运行,缓解膜污染。
The C-MBR process has been used in the pilot study for campus sewage reclamation and reuse. The results show that the average removal rates of COD, BODs, TN and TP are 83.48%, 96%, 57.11% and 74. 1 1% respectively. The average removal rates of chroma, turbidity and TSS in the system are 63.46%, 99.63% and 100% respectively. The extracellular polymeric substance (EPS) excreted by microorganisms is an important responsible for membrane fouling. Increasing aeration intensity, prolonging backwashing time and regular chemical cleaning can alleviate membrane fouling and maintain the stable operation of the C-MBR system.
