独蒜兰的化学成分研究 被引量:17

摘要 应用硅胶、ODS、大孔树脂、葡聚糖凝胶Sephadex LH-20和HPLC等多种色谱分离方法相结合,从中药山慈菇来源之一——独蒜兰干燥假鳞茎的95%乙醇提取物的醋酸乙酯萃取部位中分离得到14个化合物,其中菲及二氢菲类10个,联苄类2个,木脂素1个,甾醇1个;根据化合物的波谱数据鉴定化合物的结构为monbarbatain A(1),2,7,2'-三羟基-4,4',7'-三甲氧基-1,1'-二聚菲(2),白芨烯A(3),pleionesin B(4),shanciol H(5),{7-hydroxy-7'-(4'-hydroxy-3'-methoxyphenyl)-4-methoxy-9,10,7',8'-tetrahydrophenanthro[2,3-b]furan-8'-yl}methyl acetate(6),2,7-二羟基-1-(对羟基苄基)-4-甲氧基菲(7),2,7-二羟基-1-(对-羟基苄基)-4-甲氧基-9,10-二氢菲(8),赫尔西酚(9),贝母兰宁(10),石斛酚(11),山药素Ⅲ(12),丁香脂素(13),麦角甾-4,6,8(14),22-四烯-3-酮(14)。其中化合物1-3,9,13,14为首次从该属植物中分离得到。 Fourteen compoumds were isolated from the ethyl acetate portion of the 95% ethanolic extract of Pleione bulbocodioides by a combination of various chromatographic techniques including silica gel, ODS, macroporous adsorbent resin, Sephadex LH- 20, and preparative HPLC, of which ten compoumds were phenanthrenes and dihydrophenanthrenes, two compoumds were bibenzyls, one was lignan and a sterol. Their structures were identified on the basis of spectroscopic data as monbarbatain A(1), 2, 7, 2'-trihy- droxy-4, 4', 7'-trimethoxy-1, 1'- biphenanthrene(2), blestriarene A(3), pleionesin B(4), shaneiol H($), /7-hydroxy-7'-(4'-hy- droxy-3'-methoxyphenyl) - 4 -methoxy-9, 10, 7', 8 '-tetrahydrophenanthro [ 2, 3-b ] furan-8'-yl } methyl acetate ( 6 ), 1 -p -hydroxybenzyl - 4-methoxy phenanthrene-2, 7-diol (7), 1-p-hydroxybenzyl-4-met-hoxy-9, 10-dihydrophenanthrene-2, 7-diol ( 8 ), hircinol ( 9 ), coelonin(10), gigantol(ll), batatasin 11I(12), syringaresinol(13) and ergosta-4, 6, 8(14), 22-tetraen-3-one(14). Compounds 1-3, 9, 13 and 14 were isolated from this genus for the first time.
