摘要
自查尔斯·固特异发明用硫磺硫化橡胶以来,废旧橡胶,特别是废旧轮胎胶的产出量日益增长。废旧轮胎胶具有三维网络状分子结构,在环境中难以降解,污染环境。脱硫再生不仅可以解决废轮胎的大量堆积,污染环境等问题,还可以节约资源。本文叙述了多年来国内外轮胎胶脱硫再生方法的技术进展和研究成果,分析了传统脱硫法、利用近代物理技术脱硫法、微生物脱硫法、具有较高力场强度的力化学脱硫法和超/亚临界流体技术处理法的主要优缺点。对于如何进一步发展废旧轮胎胶的脱硫再生技术,提出了新的看法。
Since Charles Goodyear introduced the invention of sulfur vulcanization rubber, waste rubber, especially the production of scrap tire rubber is growing. Ground tire rubbers with three dimensional network structure are difficult to degrade in the environment, polluting the environment. Devuleanization can not only solve the large accumulation of ground tire rubber, environmental pollution but also can save resources. This paper describes domestic and international rubber tire recycling technological advances and research results, analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of traditional devulcanization method, modern physics technology method, microbial method, stress field with high strength of mechanochemical method and super/suberitical fluid technology processing method. It puts forward a new view on how to develop the devulcanization regeneration technology of waste tire rubber.
